Welcome Bake Sale Organizers Thank you for your support, we couldn't do this without you!
Organizers are individuals, groups, schools and businesses who volunteer to coordinate a bake sale for Bake for Hope. It is easy to do and we have Bake Sale Organizers Kit, flyers and all the support you need. This is a wonderful new option for families, groups and company employees to spend time together and give back. Organizing a sale only takes about 10-12 hours of time and we have all the tools and support you need for a successful sale.
To Sign Up as a Bake Sale Organizer follow 3 easy steps. Step 1-Sign into Bake for Hope Meetup.com website. Find the link to a meetup site near you, on the Bake Sale Locations page. (The meetup site is used for communications for the event. Not required for businesses and group held bake sales.) Step 2- Read the Organizers Agreement Organizers agree to the following: · Provide all current contact and bake sale information. · Donate 100% monies collected from organized bake sale to Bake for Hope. · Not hold liable BFH, Cause Good or Susan G. Komen for any issues related to conducting or organizing a BFH bake sale. · Not sell or promote other programs, products or services at sale. · If cancelling your sale, notify BFH via email before 2 weeks before start date. · Organizers must be 18 years or older. Bake for Hope agrees to the following: · Provide all information to conduct bake sale for the Bake for Hope event. · Respond to all requests by email or phone within 36 hours or sooner. · Communicate updates through the Bake for Hope websites, www.bakeforhope.org and www.meetup.com · Assist organizers with advertising and general support throughout the BFH event. | |
