Welcome Communicators

Thank you for supporting with communicating this nationwide event!

 

Communicators help promote and communicate the Bake for Hope event. This support is greatly needed to recruit volunteers and socialize the event in your community and across the country. See the list of Communicator Voluneer Options below and make your selection

 

To Sign Up follow these 3 easy steps.


Step 1 - Access the Meetup.com/Bake for Hope communications website and sign in.  

                Visit the Bake Sale Locations page and select the Meetup.com link for  your area. 

                (If there isnt one in your area choose the next closest location.)

Step 2 -  Choose one or more of the ways to participate listed below and email

                info@bakeforhope.org  your selected choice(s).

Step 3 -  Once you receive confirmation to get started, access the Bake Sale Files  page of the website for our latest flyers and event information for sharing the event.


 

Communicator Volunteer Options: (choose one or many and email us your choice.)

 

Post Ads Online: post pre-written scripts or ads on locations like yahoo's upcoming events, local event pages and volunteer listing sites.
 
Contacting Media:
submit pre-written scripts to radio and tv stations through their PSA's - public service announcements submission process. 
 
Schools:
email and fax schools Bake for Hope Schools flyer to participate in the event. 
 
Businesses:
email and fax businesses Bake for Hope flyer to participate in the event. 
 

Bakeries & Restaurants: email and fax Bake for Hope Baker Sponsor invite to participate in event.
 
Grant Writing:
research and/or submit grants for operating expenses for the Bake for Hope event. 

 

Friends, Social Networks and Familiy, 

Emailing friends, family, co-workers, social networks (facebook, myspace, twitter), kid groups,  etc, is a great way to spread the news.  Remember the old hair commercial "you tell 2 friends, and then she tells 2 friends..."
