
The Bake for Hope Organization Is made up of a Steering Committee, project Supporters , Partners , Sponsors and Volunteers. Each playing a significant role to the projects success. The Bake for Hope program structure is organized by the following four entities: the founder, a steering committee, project supporters and volunteers. The founder acts as the lead program organizer seeking program support from steering committee members, project supporters, volunteers and sponsors. The steering committee supports the program with expertise and knowledge in program development, assistance in sponsorship and overall program direction and support. Project supporters are program staff that assist in building the structure to support the project; website development, branding, logos, marketing, PR, etc. Volunteers make up the operational structure by supporting the project as assistant organizers in each location, organizers, bakers and communicators. The project is created and run solely by volunteer participation, thereby allowing the maximum amount possible to be donated to the cause.
